Through his broad corporate and mining practice, Arif has extensive expertise in the drafting and negotiation of joint venture, purchase and sale, royalty, NSR, option, exploration, farm-in, earn-in, off-take, ore and concentrate sale, tolling and other mining-related commercial agreements.

Arif also prepares and negotiates mining agreements for the development and ongoing operation of mines, National Instrument (43-101 Technical Reports – Key Considerations, Review and Addendums), mine construction, major procurement, long-term maintenance and operational agreements.
